#5) Australia
Australia has probably been the most dominant team in the history of white-ball cricket, and T20 cricket is not too different. They played the first-ever T20 International in 2005 and also won it against New Zealand.
The Aussies have 91 wins in 174 matches, with a win percentage of 54.41%. They have lost 76 competitive games in this format. Some of the most renowned Australian T20 cricketers include Glenn Maxwell, David Warner, and Mitchell Starc.
After losing twice in the semis and once in the final of the T20 World Cup, the Aussies finally claimed their first T20 World Cup title in 2021. Aaron Finch was the first Australian captain to lift the trophy.

Pakistan’s team has given many T20 superstars to the cricketing fraternity. The most prominent ones in the previous generation include Saeed Ajmal, Umar Gul, Shahid Afridi, and Shoaib Malik.
